Job Requirements:
Experience in the field of Oil & Gas (particularly in Fuel oil)- Purchase & Sales is a MUST.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Must be able to work flexible hours in line with business activities.
Role:
Sales support - handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations and documents as per instruction.
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
Drafting and editing sales & purchases contracts, communicating with vendors and ensuring that our contracts meet all regulatory requirements.
Performs any other duties assigned by Manager.
