The Role

Our company services more than 1,000 customers in the UAE, Qatar and Oman. - Rigorous customer follow ups on overdue accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Post daily deposits \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and reconciliations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage management over any AR problems encountered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate collections on past-due accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accounting ledgers as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information \xe2\x80\xa2 Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables\xe2\x80\x99 data \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients\xe2\x80\x99 billing issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- College /University diploma \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum three years related experience in Accounts Receivables or Collections \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Credit insurance preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel (required), Microsoft AX (preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE driving license (preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills (proficient in English), both speaking and writing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem solving and organization skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and self-dependent taking initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers, both internal and external. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly innovative and proactive with a tenacious work attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Can-do attitude and positive team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Desire to learn and grow in the position
