Flyingcolour Tax Consultant is a leading provider of tax, accounting, and advisory services across the UAE. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Receivable Manager to join our dynamic organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable .
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Maintain strong client communication for payment follow-ups and dispute resolutions.
Prepare monthly aging reports and collection status updates for management.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to receivables.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and collections processes.
Identify potential risks in receivables and recommend action plans.
Assist in cash flow forecasting and budgeting related to receivables.
Ensure accurate posting, reporting, and reconciliation of client accounts.
Handle escalated client queries related to invoices and payment terms professionally.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in receivables management, preferably within tax consulting, accounting, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivable collection techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting/CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
UAE experience is mandotory
