Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment statuses. Handle client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances. Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes. Prepare regular reports on collection activities and account statuses. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce overdue payments. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the collection process.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is a plus. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
