Job Description
The Field Collection Officer is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.
Responsibility
Review the company assigned debtor list. Skip Trace and collect the payments from Delinquint customers. Advise customers on their payment options and suggest methods of payment.
Pre-requisite
2 - 10 years of experience working as a Collections Officer in the UAE. Excellent negotiating skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic. Familiarity with UAE debt collection laws. United Arab Emirates Driving license is a must. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field.
Benefit: Visa + Insurance + Travel Allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
