The Role
Collections Officer - Candidate should be a graduate with 2-4 years of credit and collections experience; - Should have great communications skills in English \xe2\x80\x93 reading, speaking and writing; - Should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams - Should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans; - Should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her - Should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people - Should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions - Should have a basic understanding of reporting
