About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and committed

Arabic-speaking Female Collection Officer

to join our credit and collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a

high-value client portfolio

, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication and negotiation.

This role requires a proactive individual who can

implement the team's collection strategies

, meet performance targets, and handle portfolio responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on assigned

client portfolios

to ensure timely collection of overdue payments. Implement established

collection strategies and action plans

to achieve recovery objectives. Handle

high-value accounts

with discretion, accountability, and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment solutions and resolve outstanding issues. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all collection activities within the

CRM system

. Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates and reports. Make and manage a

high number of daily collection calls

as part of ongoing account management.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall department collection goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in collections, preferably within the

financial services or credit management

sector. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Proven ability to manage

high-value client portfolios

and achieve collection targets. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

CRM systems

. Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, Outlook).
