Manage and follow up on overdue accounts professionally
Conduct field visits and meetings with clients for debt collection
Maintain detailed records and prepare regular collection reports
Assess credit risk and support debt restructuring where needed
Use CRM or collections software for tracking and communication
Achieve monthly collection targets and work efficiently under pressure
Requirements:
Proven experience in
banking credit recovery or collections
Strong
negotiation, conflict resolution
, and communication skills
Familiarity with
local debt recovery laws and regulations
Organized and proactive with solid reporting abilities
Valid
Qatar Driving License
is a must
Proficiency in
English
and
Arabic
(or other regional languages)
Preferred:
Background in
finance, accounting, or banking
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
and
collections systems
