Job Summary

Team Thai General Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Executive cum Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payment collections, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring proper product display and stock management at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers regularly to collect payments and ensure timely settlements.

Maintain accurate records of all collections and report to the accounts/sales department.

Promote company products and maintain excellent relationships with retail outlets and clients.

Ensure proper merchandising and display of products as per company standards.

Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to billing or delivery.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and improving market visibility.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE in collection or merchandising roles (FMCG experience preferred).

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of UAE market and routes.

Basic accounting and reporting skills.

Presentable, trustworthy, and target-oriented personality.
