About the Role: As a Colleague Experience Coordinator, you will be the face of HR - supporting colleagues across their entire employment journey. From onboarding to offboarding, accommodation to transport, you'll ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. You'll work across multiple HR streams, support internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver a seamless colleague experience that reflects our values and brand. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service across HR functions: onboarding, operations, transport, accommodation, and offboarding.
Act as a brand ambassador at the HR Service Desk, providing accurate and timely support.
Maintain accurate data in HCM systems and manage personnel files.
Coordinate colleague induction programs and ensure policy awareness.
Process government approvals, PRs, and manage inventory and office supplies.
Liaise with finance, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Support with visa applications, relocations, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.
