Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cold Kitchen Production Assistant to join our catering team. This role focuses on the preparation of fresh fruits, salads, and other cold items for daily service and events. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently, follow hygiene and safety standards, and maintain consistency in quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, cut, and portion fresh fruits and vegetables according to daily production requirements. Prepare salads, fruit cups, and other cold items following standard recipes and portion sizes. Ensure all food items are labelled, dated, and stored properly as per food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times. Follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures in compliance with company and Dubai Municipality standards. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of produce. Communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow. Support other kitchen tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cold kitchen or food production environment is an advantage. Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently during busy periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
