We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cold Kitchen Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing cold dishes and salads, with a keen eye for presentation and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring our cold food items meet high standards of freshness, taste, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and cold platters.
Ensure food is presented in an appealing and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure all cold items are prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.
Assist in creating new cold dishes or seasonal offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cold kitchen preparations, including salads, appetizers, and cold platters.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation and quality.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Salary:
AED 4000 to AED 5000, depending on experience.
