Cold Calling Real Estate/ Property Owners In Dubai (good English Required)
Job Description
We are a growing real estate company looking to add a high energy individual to our team.
The ideal candidate should be experienced on the phone and experience in calling homeowners in the real estate field. Responsibilities:
1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the data we provide.
2. Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call platform.
3. Handling objections properly.
4. Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another team member.
5. Regular meetings before shift.
6. Updating results at end of shift. Qualifications:
- Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
- Basic computer knowledge
- Real estate knowledge/experience preferred
- Cold calling experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
- Persistent, consistent, hard working, no call reluctance
- Reliable Job Type: Part-time
