Rotational assignment

We are seeking experienced

Coiled Tubing Supervisors

to join our team for a major oil and gas project in

Qatar

. The assignment is expected to commence in

December 2025

and will run for approximately 9 months on a

rotational basis

. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of coiled tubing operations on site. Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, operational standards, and client requirements. Plan and execute well intervention programs in collaboration with the operations team. Oversee equipment preparation, maintenance, and rig-up/rig-down activities. Monitor job progress and provide technical support and troubleshooting as required. Maintain accurate job reports, records, and daily operational logs. Lead and mentor coiled tubing crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution. Liaise effectively with client representatives, engineers, and other service providers.





Minimum

5 years of experience

in coiled tubing operations, including supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, operations, and downhole tools.

Offshore experience

is highly desirable. Excellent

communication skills in English

(both written and verbal). Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Valid offshore medical, BOSIET, and other relevant certifications (preferred). Must be

currently available and ready for immediate mobilization.
