We're now seeking a

Co-Founder / Strategic Partner

to lead

Sales, Growth, and Business Operations

--with the

option to invest

for deeper involvement and higher equity.

Your Role:

Drive

sales, business development, and client relationships

Create and execute

growth strategies

Oversee

operational and delivery excellence

Build and manage

sales and account teams

Co-own company direction, product expansion, and strategic decisions

Who You Are:

An entrepreneurial

sales/ops leader

tired of working forothers and ready to build something of your own You have experience in

B2B services, digital agencies, marketing tech, or XR/AR/VR

Bonus if you're

open to investing capital

to accelerate scale--but it's optional You understand the grind, the hustle, and the reward of true ownership

What's on the Table:

Equity stake (10-20%)

, with a standard 4-year vesting + 1-year cliff Option to

invest

and negotiate a higher stake Autonomy to

lead and build

Partnership with a founder who is creative, transparent, and aligned on growth
