We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Coffee Specialist Barista
to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have2 to 3 years of experience in the UAE
with a strong background inSpecialty Coffee preparation and Chemex brewing methods
. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and customer service, ensuring each cup served meets the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency. Master the use of
Chemex and other brewing methods
(V60, Aeropress, etc.). Maintain detailed knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and flavor notes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through coffee selections. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment at all times. Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and other bar supplies, and assist in inventory management. Follow company standards and contribute to creating a welcoming coffee experience.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
