Job Summary.
Function as the Operator for the Prime / Powder or Liquid Coating / Blasting station.

About the Team: Wellbore Technologies
Within NOV Wellbore Technologies, we enhance drilling performance at the rig, both on land and offshore. We understand the complete process and anticipate what our customers need to be successful.

Job Summary.
Function as the Operator for the Prime / Powder or Liquid Coating / Blasting station.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / Blasting station.
- Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
- Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
- Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.
- Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
- Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports, and all necessary Reports regarding operation
- Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
- One to Two years of related experience in similar work environment
- Technical Diploma
- Training certificates are plus
- Team player
- Flexible
- Good English command
