to supervise coating activities at our industrial and oil & gas project sites in Qatar. The candidate should be able to manage a team of workers, coordinate day-to-day site activities, and ensure high standards of safety and quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily coating and painting operations on site
Monitor surface preparation and coating application procedures
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications
Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers to meet work schedules
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports
Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas regularly for compliance
Requirements:
Relevant experience in coating/blasting in industrial or oil & gas projects
Strong team supervision and coordination skills
Good understanding of safety practices and surface preparation methods
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
Must be currently based in Qatar and available to join
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
QAR 2,000 per month
Food Allowance:
QAR 300 per month
