This is a position carried out from our beautiful offices in Duba\xc3\xaf, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch. English fluency and French bilingual are required.

YOUR MISSION

- We are looking for enthusiastic coach facilitators for our PXS School: a transformational journey where our students learn to think and act as a coach, whether they want to become a professional coach or not ! As a facilitator and coach, you will guide our students in a group of three (trinomials), providing them advice and feedback as they apply their skills in real-world scenarios.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trinomials\' preparation :
  • Adhere to PXS\'s ethical, business, and coaching guidelines, challenging them for improvement.
  • Participate in coordination calls with the team to ensure alignment and effective planning.
  • Familiarize yourself with the appropriate training program, ensuring a deep understanding and practical application of its content.
Trinomials\' delivery :
  • Providing top-notch feedback during the coaching sessions: This involves actively observing the students as they engage in coaching conversations with their pairs. The facilitator should offer constructive feedback in real-time, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement in the students\' coaching techniques, communication skills, and overall effectiveness.
  • Conducting assessments: After each coaching session, the facilitator evaluates the performance of each student within the triad. This assessment includes reviewing how well they applied coaching principles, techniques, and methodologies discussed in the training program. The facilitator considers factors such as active listening, asking powerful questions, building rapport, and goal setting. Additionally, the facilitator assesses the students\' ability to provide valuable feedback to their peers within the trinomials.
Trinomials\' improvement and self evaluation :
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving our trinomials based on participant feedback and industry trends.
  • Validate your continuous skill improvement through regular self-evaluations, fostering a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Additional Plus:
  • Confident and independent use of Zoom and other online meeting tools for virtual training sessions.
  • Knowledge of David Laroche and the Paradox environment, coaching approach.
