About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNS/ATM Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

Lead and manage CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions Manage project budgets and financial aspects, including forecasting and cost control Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems

What do we need from you

UAE National Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in managing CNS/ATM projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA) Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent organizational and time management skills
