CNG Loading Operator - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
This CNG Loading Operator role focuses on safely loading compressed natural gas (CNG) trailers and ensuring smooth gas logistics between Mother and Daughter Stations. The position is responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring loading operations, reporting abnormalities, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring full compliance with HSE procedures. It requires strong operational awareness and hands-on experience in CNG facilities or oil and gas terminals.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and trailers prior to loading to ensure operational readiness and report issues to the Supervisor
• Load CNG into trailers according to daily dispatch schedules and ensure correct quantities are delivered
• Conduct safe loading operations and notify the Supervisor of any emergencies or abnormal situations
• Record operating data and promptly report abnormal conditions for corrective action
• Monitor safety throughout loading operations and follow all required safety dress codes
• Prepare equipment for maintenance handover and restore it to service safely and efficiently
• Support maintenance teams and third-party contractors in line with company standards
• Perform routine checks on equipment, report defects, and support timely resolution of breakdowns
• Follow emergency and evacuation procedures and know how to use safety equipment and fire extinguishers
• Promote personal and team safety, ensuring safe working practices are consistently followed

HSE

• Follow all HSE procedures, emergency plans, and evacuation protocols
• Participate in safety campaigns, training, and awareness sessions
• Ensure full compliance with PPE and safety regulations
• Report incidents and near misses immediately
• Conduct fire equipment inspections including hoses, hydrants, ladders, and extinguishers
• Respond to fire or accident alarms and execute appropriate firefighting actions
• Assist in emergency response and ensure readiness of firefighting equipment

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Operator in Oil and Gas Terminals or similar environments
• Strong understanding of gas logistics between Mother and Daughter CNG stations
• Solid operational and technical knowledge of CNG filling stations
• Working knowledge of safety systems at CNG refueling sites
• Good command of English with strong communication skills
