CNC Service Engineer - Dubai - AED 7000 to 8000

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer with hands-on expertise in CNC Vertical Turret Lathe Machines, CNC Plate Rolling Machines, CNC Press Brakes, and Laser Cutting Machines to join our technical team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of these machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of CNC machines (Press Brakes, Laser Cutting, Plate Rolling, and Vertical Turret Lathe) at client sites.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC control system issues.

Provide technical support and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all maintenance and repair work.

Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in CNC machinery.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

5-7 years or more of proven experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC Press Brakes, Laser Cutting Machines, Plate Rolling Machines, and other CNC equipment.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of PLC, CNC programming, and machine automation is an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

UAE Driving License preferred (company car provided for licensed candidates).

Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across the UAE.

Compensation

Salary: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month (depending on experience)

Benefits: Company car provided for candidates with a valid UAE driving license
