Job Title: CNC Milling and Turn Mill Operator/Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, or cutting.

- Operate / maintain and trouble shoot on CNC milling and lathe operations.

- Monitor the machines during operation to ensure they are running efficiently.

- Inspect finished products for quality and precision.

- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimize downtime.

- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.

- Generate programs prior to production.

- Achieve CNC objectives as per drawing / program.

- CNC milling and lathe machine job set up and operation.

- Must have programming experience and be capable of programming moderate to complex components.

- Open to working at night shifts.

- Work independently with no supervision.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

- 4+ years work experience as CNC Machinist.

- Ability to read engineering drawings, select cutting tools, & cutting parameters.

- 2D turning and milling programming knowledge.

- Experience with precision measurement devices.

- Ability to supervise machines as they run and do the adjustments.

- Ability to inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications.

- Should have experience in CNC milling & turning.
