to join our production team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain CNC routing machines used for crafting high-quality custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchen units, and other wood-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router machines (primarily MDF and plywood)
Interpret and execute technical drawings and design files (AutoCAD or similar)
Load materials and monitor CNC operations to ensure accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards
Work closely with design and production teams to enhance workflow
Identify and troubleshoot machine or process issues
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC router machines in a carpentry, joinery, or furniture production environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programming
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage (ArtCAM, AutoCAD, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude
Team-oriented with good communication skills
