Cnc Operaor
Job Description
Set up and manage CNC machines for various operations including drilling, milling, grinding, and turning.
To identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process
To measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design
Monitor and adjust machines during operations to improve performance and maintain accuracy.
Conduct regular in-process measurements and visual inspections.
Record all actions, complete production logs, and perform data entry.
Perform daily maintenance, coolant monitoring, cleaning, and machine troubleshooting.
Follow safety guidelines and support non-conformance investigations.
To study assembly specifications to perform the most efficient order of processes required for specific projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma mechanical. (Industrial training institute)
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in engineering/design department for production of design/shop drawings/material submittals.
Language: HINDI, English should speak and understand English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
