Cnc Milling Operator
Job Description
Machine Setup: Installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines. This includes understanding blueprints, programming instructions, and machine capabilities.
Operation: Running CNC machines to perform various functions like cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and shaping materials.
Monitoring: Observing machine operations, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving problems with machine operations or part quality.
Safety: Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
CAD/CAM Software: Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
Experience - 2+ years of exeperience in UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
