Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Set up and operate

CNC press brake machines

for sheet metal fabrication. Read and interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

. Perform

accurate bending and forming

of metal sheets for dampers, fire doors, air outlets, louvers, and other HVAC products. Ensure

quality control

by checking dimensions and tolerances of fabricated parts. Perform routine

maintenance and cleaning

of machines. Collaborate with production team to

meet daily targets and deadlines

. Follow

safety guidelines

and wear appropriate PPE. Report machine issues or production concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:



High school diploma / ITI / Technical certificate in

Mechanical / Sheet Metal / CNC Operation

.

2-5 years of experience

as a CNC press brake operator, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC product manufacturing. Knowledge of

sheet metal properties, bending techniques, and machine operation

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and CAD files

.

Skills & Competencies:



Proficiency in operating

CNC press brake machines

. Attention to detail and

precision in work

. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a

team environment

and under production deadlines. Commitment to

safety and quality standards
