Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A technical diploma or certification in CNC machining is preferred

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong dimensional control skills with the ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and the ability to make minor program edits for production optimization is a plus.
- Good understanding of machine processes, tooling, cutting parameters, and workpiece materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
