Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish aluminium components.
Set up and calibrate crimping machines according to job specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in aluminium works.
Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
Experience with crimping machines is highly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
