To operate and maintain CNC machines for producing high-quality joinery and fit-out components according to design specifications, ensuring precision, efficiency, and safety in all machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce components for joinery and interior fit-out works.
Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and cutting lists to ensure accurate production.
Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting parameters for each job.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and design tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety regulations.
Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize machining processes and minimize material waste.
Record production data, maintenance logs, and report any equipment or material issues.
Assist in training or supporting other team members in CNC operations when required.
