Job Description

:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other) as per production drawings and specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to program and machine parts accurately. Load raw materials and tools into the machine and ensure proper alignment and calibration. Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to controls for precision and quality. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure work area is clean and organized. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors. Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and output. Adhere to all health, safety, and quality control procedures as per UAE industry standards.
Requirements:

High school diploma or technical certificate in CNC machining or mechanical engineering. Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating CNC machines (experience in UAE is preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programming codes (G-code, M-code). Proficiency in using measurement tools and understanding of machining tolerances. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills.
