Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate our

CNC laser cutting Machine and CNC pipe bending machines

. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AutoCAD, Solid works and engineering drawings, combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting Machine, and CNC pipe bending machines to produce components as per specifications.

Quality Control

: Inspect finished components for accuracy to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain precision.

Engineering Drawings

: Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications to execute tasks correctly and efficiently.

AutoCAD Proficiency

: Use AutoCAD to interpret or adjust drawings as needed.

Safety Compliance

: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Documentation

: Accurately record machine operation data, inspection results, and daily production logs.

Machine Maintenance

: Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation. Report any major issues to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake, laser cutting, or pipe bending machines in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

: Familiarity with CNC programming and setup, AutoCAD, and precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Knowledge of Engineering Drawings

: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components.

Physical Requirements

: Ability to handle heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Communication Skills

: Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team and coordinate with supervisors.

Academic Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical engineering, ITI
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
