Job Description
CNC Lathe Machine Operators / Machinist: 3 Nos. (Salary range- OMR 150 to 230 based on experience) Experience 5 to 10 years) o Diploma / I.T.I. Certificate holder with knowledge of API products like 6-A, 7-1, 16A, 16C, 5CT o Programming & Operation of CNC Lathe & Vertical milling machine with Fanuc control. o Preferably work experience in oil & Gas industries. o Planning & Selection of proper tooling to achieve productivity. o Operation of oil country Lathe M/C, Manual Lathe and milling etc. o Operation of all type API threading in CNC and manual m/c. o Review and execute for Production given Drawing and timely completion. o Able to review and execute for Production given Drawing and timely completion. o Should have done CNC machining for Flanges, Tees & Crosses, Spools, Double Studded Adopters, Choke kill manifolds etc. Machine Specifications: Horizontal Turnmill CNC Lathe Machine: Doosan, 400XLMB, 400 LMC, 280 LMC, 800 LMC, Deep hole Drilling machine & CNC Milling machine 4-Axis.
