Job Description

The candidate will responsible to operate and maintain CNC drill boring machine to create precise holes in furniture panels ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

:

Set up and operate drill and boring machines for wood and panel processing. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications. Measure and mark materials to ensure proper alignment and drilling accuracy. Adjust machine settings such as speed, depth, and alignment for various materials and hole patterns. Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth, precise, and consistent drilling. Inspect drilled components for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with quality standards. Replace worn-out drill bits, cutters, or other machine parts as needed. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure efficient operation. Record daily production details and maintain inventory of drill bits and consumables. Identify and troubleshoot machine or material issues during operations. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials. Follow company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in drilling operations.

Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking or machinery operation is preferred. 2+ years of experience operating drill or boring machines in furniture or joinery manufacturing. Familiarity with different drill bits, materials, and techniques. Basic mechanical skills for machine adjustments and minor repairs. Knowledge of woodworking quality standards and practices
