Cnc Bending Operator

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Bending Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC bending machines to form metal components according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC bending machines to bend sheet metal and other materials to precise dimensions. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bend instructions to determine tooling, machine settings, and sequence of operations. Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine parameters for each job. Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy. Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and gauges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC bending machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
