Provides administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
Administration of Heartists Hub with departments and suppliers along with maintaining of records.
Liaises for all medical checks, insurance administration and Heartist wellness etc. for the team.
Manage the attendance system and produces monthly payroll and other related reports.
Manage dashboards, statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
Responsible for submitting all reports at pre-decided time intervals
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, google tools, data analysis and Paytrax, Oasys HRMS system
Good knowledge and practical use of UAE Labor Law
