Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Conducts on-site client inspections and entertainment.

\xc2\xb7 Contacts in-house guests to foster additional business, repeat bookings, or referrals to other Radisson hotels.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments.

\xc2\xb7 Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment.

\xc2\xb7 Acquire Groups and MICE leads from Travel Trade sector, Sports industry, and any other segment (s) specified by the Cluster DOSM.
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
-Experience in sales
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
-Strong communication skills
