As a Cluster Sales Executive, Cluster Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaker you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of Food & Beverage and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Cluster Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a Cluster Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

The Role:
  • Implements Cluster F&B sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Manages the corporate Cluster F&B sales activities of the Local Arabic Accounts and International Accor Key Accounts.
  • Manages Cluster F&B sales calls, offers follow up and commercial relationships.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Planning & Organizing:
  • Responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to drive sales growth within the Food & Beverage department.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential customers and promote food and beverage products/services.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Have regular communication, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • As a Cluster Food and beverage sales executives should have a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services.
  • Should promote and showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the food and beverage offerings to potential customers.
  • Should conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • To develop effective sales strategies and adapting to changing market conditions.
  • To negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure business contracts.
  • To handle contract management, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of products or services.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and revenue generated.
  • To analyze sales data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Often collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape marketing campaigns and product development strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network of contacts and generate leads.
  • Attend events to allows the clients to stay updated on industry trends and forge partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Cluster Food & Beverage Manager to drive the revenue growth for the Restaurants and meeting rooms.
Operations:
  • Solicits signature for company contracts and other new business.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the Hotel Cluster F&B sales / marketing plan to ensure all Revenue goals will be met and exceeded.
  • Attend relevant functions to ensure that the Hotel has the appropriate focus / representation in the market.
  • Reporting clients\xe2\x80\x99 and guests\xe2\x80\x99 feedback.
  • Reporting market trends and reactivity to Adagio, Ibis Styles and Mercure brand pricing and product judgement.
  • Conducts Cluster F&B sales calls to specific corporate accounts with group business potential.
  • Conducts show arounds to clients relative to the group business segment.
  • Effectively manages customer\xe2\x80\x99s budget to maximize revenue and meet customer needs and identify opportunities to up-sell products and services throughout the Cluster F&B sales process.
  • Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone, fax, written communication.
  • Maintain close business relationships with existing clients through key F&B sales activities.
  • Cultivate and develop new business relationships through key Cluster F&B sales activities
  • Closely follows up on all business leads within a 24 hour response timeline to clients
  • Adapts to client\'s needs by tailor fitting hotel services to fit client\'s requests.
  • Prepares proposals for qualified leads or inquiries for group business segment over 10 rooms with function as per the requirements
  • Finalizes detailed arrangements on both rooms and functions with clients/organizers and prepares the final contract accordingly.
  • Traces for confirmations and deposit with clients/organizers in accordance with the guidelines of cut off dates.
  • Reviews the contracts of corporate meetings and conventions for cut off dates, special arrangements / requirements committed to clients/organizers.
Administration:
  • Coordinates various departments\' participation in marketing / Cluster F&B sales efforts
  • Converts inquiries from potential customers to booked business using superior selling/closing Skills.
  • Performs administrative duties such as tracking Cluster F&B sales leads and providing reports as per Accor ME Regional Headquarter formats and requirements.
  • Prepares quotations and proposals based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales position, preferably at 4 or 5 stars hotel
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
  • Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluence in mandarin language is a must
