Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include:

Facilitates, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the cluster properties. Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary. Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI) To monitor changing market conditions and to assess the financial implications of market fluctuations on the property. Assist in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancy levels, Average Room Rate & Rev Par, Yield management and revenue streams throughout both rooms and food & beverage. Gives feedback on developing, implementing and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis.


Qualifications



Previous Accor experienced is a must Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Strong understanding or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PC and office applications. Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure. Ability to work independently, yet respond to internal customers needs Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality. A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
