Key Responsibilities:


Under the guidance of the Cluster Director of PR & Communications, update and implement collateral and brand standards required to support the sales, rooms, and F&D offerings. Assist the Cluster Director of PR & Communications with the execution of communications support strategies, including the individual PR/Marketing plans for both hotels.

Take pictures of events, VIP cocktails and photo shoots.

Assist with the coordination of photo shoots and reel shoots. Handle all social media activation.

Requirements:


A result-orientated, experienced executive with a proven track record of supporting sales professionals to support the conversation of leads

Super organized, with exceptional attention to detail

A customer centric natural communicator with a flair for identifying opportunities
