The Cluster lead is responsible for driving the talent and learning agenda across multiple business units or geographies within the cluster MENA. This role ensures the effective design, delivery, and measurement of learning interventions, talent management processes, and leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities





Strategic Alignment & Cluster Representation


Implement and uphold global Talent, Performance, and Learning frameworks within the cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and business needs. Act as a strategic partner to country P&O and P&O Business Partners (P&OBPs), ensuring T&D solutions meet local and cluster priorities. Represent the cluster's requirements, progress, and insights into the Regional T&D Lead, providing regular feedback and implementation updates. Cascade global and regional communications, priorities, and initiatives throughout the cluster. Contribute to the development of global CoE solutions, sharing best practices and practical insights from the cluster.

Talent & Performance Management


Drive the implementation of global Talent and Performance strategies across the cluster. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes in alignment with global frameworks. Support adoption of global tools and processes (e.g., People Surveys, diagnostics, performance appraisals, succession planning). Foster a high-performance culture by ensuring consistent execution of performance management processes, goal setting, and calibration. Coach leaders to effectively manage performance, deliver feedback, and drive accountability. Support countries in building succession pipelines and development plans for critical roles. Promote internal mobility and retention strategies for high-potential talent.

Leadership Development & Learning


Oversee the roll-out of global leadership development programs and learning initiatives across the cluster. Drive adoption of learning tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance leadership and employee development. Ensure alignment between global learning offers and cluster capability-building needs. Promote learning initiatives through effective communication, registration support, and engagement activities. Monitor and report on learning participation, impact, and effectiveness within the cluster.

Team Leadership


Lead, coach, and develop the Cluster Talent & Development team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Build a strong, connected T&D community across countries in the cluster, ensuring knowledge sharing and alignment. Role-model enterprise leadership behaviors and champion a value-driven, inclusive culture.



Qualifications & Experience




Minimum of 5 years of HR or People & Organization (P&O) experience with demonstrated expertise in Talent and Performance Management. Proven success working in multinational and matrix organizations, managing diverse stakeholder groups across regions. Hands-on experience with global P&O tools, systems, and processes. Strong project management capabilities with a focus on execution, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage. Skilled in the design and facilitation of workshops, training programs, and development sessions.
