As Director of E-Commerce & Distribution, you are responsible for defining the strategy and execution of digital media and e-commerce activity for the property. This role will support the hotel's commercial strategy by developing digital marketing and E-commerce programs. Digital marketing efforts will include Search Engine Marketing (including PPC and SEO), Mobile Marketing, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising. This role will also oversee E-commerce activity, including the management of the hotel's websites and mini sites in line with corporate guidelines, together with marketing. This role ensures that the hotel's e-commerce platforms are effectively managed to increase direct bookings, reduce distribution costs, and enhance online guest experience.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of managing online distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
• Experience in revenue management or digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of online booking engines, distribution systems, and channel management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, hotel property management systems (PMS), and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of website optimization techniques and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing new revenue-generating
