We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Assistant Director Revenue to join our team in Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies across a cluster of properties to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across multiple properties
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals and strategies
Lead and mentor a team of revenue managers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
Generate and present comprehensive revenue reports and analyses to senior management
Identify new revenue opportunities and implement innovative strategies to capitalize on market trends
Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems and tools across the cluster
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in revenue performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property general managers and corporate leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience managing and developing teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and revenue optimization strategies
Experience with yield management and pricing strategies in a competitive market
Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Revenue Management certification is preferred
Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local business environment
