We are seeking a motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our fitness club. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional member experience, maintain high operational standards, and drive business growth while fostering a positive and empowering environment for both members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and support the club team to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop strategies to increase membership sales, retention, and overall club performance.
- Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and aligned with company standards.
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Leverage technology effectively for club operations and systems, implementing new tools or updates as needed based on management requests.
- Foster a lively, energetic environment by creating engaging community that bring members closer together and build a strong sense of belonging within the gym.
