InterContinental Dubai Marina is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service for VIP and priority guests. Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized service to VIP guests and priority club members

Communicate guest needs, issues, or feedback promptly to supervisors
Prepare food, beverages, and service materials in advance of operations
Stay updated on food and beverage offerings within the department
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented lounge environment
Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings
Support seamless service coordination with colleagues across departments
Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Proficiency in PMS platforms such as Opera or Fidelio
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Well-presented, courteous, and guest-focused
