At Club InterContinental, excellence is felt, not announced. We're looking for a Club InterContinental Supervisor who leads with calm confidence, orchestrates seamless Front Office and lounge operations, and ensures our most valued guests experience effortless luxury from arrival to departure.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Oversee the daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth and personalised check-in and check-out experiences
Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments
Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standards
Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated
Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys
Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism
Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpoint
Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established procedures
Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations
What We need from you:
3-4 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort
Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role
Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service
Confident, polished, and professional communication style
Natural leadership approach with the ability to lead by example
Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
