Club General Manager
Job Description
Key Result Areas: Team Management & Training Staffing and Development Club and Team KPI Management Budgetary Control and P&L Management Revenue and Profit Maximization Operations & Administration Management Customer Service Standards/SOP's/ Guest Experience Journey Fitness Operations
Requirements: 5 to 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, at least 3 years on a managerial role. Candidate with experience in Kuwait Market is highly preferred. Strong exposure to Club sales and PT revenue management. Working experience in Club budgets and P&L management. Bachelor Degree in Sports Science/Physical Education or any other degree plus fitness/sports certifications. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communicational skills.
Visa, Medical Insurance and Flight Ticket. Excellent commission structure.
