Key Responsibilities

• Implement cloud security controls and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Lead and execute incident response procedures for security events.
• Analyze security event logs and network traffic to identify and mitigate threats.
• Configure, monitor, and manage intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Administer and optimize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• Manage firewall configurations and web application firewall settings.
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps.
• Handle advanced persistent threat (APT) scenarios and implement mitigation measures.
• Work with antivirus and malware protection systems to maintain endpoint integrity.

Ideal Profile

• Strong technical experience in cloud and network security environments.
• Proficient with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.
• Hands-on experience with major antivirus, intrusion prevention, and firewall solutions.
• Skilled in penetration testing methodologies and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
