Cloud DevOps/Testing
Unikie is seeking a Cloud DevOps/Testing to strengthen our team in the UAE. Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi \xe2\x80\x93 UAE and relocation is a requirement.
Introduction Unikie is seeking a Front-of-House/Customer-Focused individual with Release Management experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting and communicating with beta testing users, triaging and problem-solving their issues, and have experience maintaining and operating cloud-based systems, including diagnostics, updates, and log retrieval. This role requires effective communication with the development team, presenting issues in an organized manner.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in release management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining and operating cloud-based systems.
- Ability to conduct user testing and gather valuable feedback.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation and testing.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of system testing design and execution.
- Documentation skills for maintaining clear and comprehensive records.
