We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud and DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud-based systems for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers to streamline application deployment.
• Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure the security of cloud resources through best practices and security tools.
• Maintain and improve network infrastructure, including VPCs, security groups, and load balancers.
• Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and reliability.
• Implement database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Design and implement database backup and recovery strategies.
• Stay current with cloud and DevOps trends, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Cloud and DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and their services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI).
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Scripting skills for automation (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Knowledge of network concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
